PLAY BASED ON MUSIC BY QUEEN TO BE STAGED AT SSU

A performance based on the music by "Queen" will be staged at Saratov University on March 3 and 4. The performance starts at 7pm in the conference hall of building X of SSU.

The organisers re-staged the play called "Forever" that had been shown about 3 years ago and won the 2nd place at the Russian "Student Spring" festival in the nomination "Special program". Graduates and students of SSU will participate in hte show.

For the most part the performance will be accompanied by the live sound of the band "Sbornaya SGU". 

The legendary group "Queen" is still one of the most successful bands in the world's rock history. It is famous for writing music in all the varieties of genres.

The performance to be staged at SSU is named after the song "Who Wants to Live Forever". The title is also dedicated to the memory of Freddie Mercury who remains one of the most popular musicians in the world. 

"Forever" is said to be meant to encourage the listener to reflect on philosophical issues.
