The profile provides for the study of a wide range of natural science and humanities general education disciplines (mathematical analysis, algebra and geometry, discrete mathematics, probability theory and mathematical statistics, computer science and programming, algorithms and data structures, operating systems and networks, databases, a foreign language and much more), as well as specialized disciplines (theoretical computer science, design software engineering, software project management, engineering and computer graphics, object-oriented programming, economics of software engineering and more).
Bachelor's degree programs in this area are provided in close contact with leading IT companies: the representative office of Mirantis Corporation, Inc. in Saratov and the representative office of EPAM Systems in Saratov. Representatives of these companies are part-time employees of the Faculty of Computer and Information Technology.
