The general education program in the field of "Oil and gas Geophysics" includes, in the course of training, the study of the structure of the Earth's crust and lithosphere, endogenous and exogenous geological processes, as well as an in-depth study of various geophysical methods related to the study of the structure of the Earth's crust, the search and exploration of mineral deposits and the identification of geological objects in order to assess their prospects for fuels minerals, as well as for the purpose of prospecting and exploration of oil, gas and coal deposits.
In the course of their studies, students gain a large amount of knowledge in physics, mathematics, chemistry, computer science using personal computers and, of course, in geological sciences.
Our graduates carry out activities related to the design, organization and conduct of all field, laboratory and computational geophysical research aimed at the search and exploration of minerals, solving specific geological problems, as well as participate in research on the development of geophysical automated programs, geophysical equipment and equipment.
