The Bachelor's degree program 03.38.03 Personnel Management focuses on the training of qualified specialists in the field of personnel management of an organization who possess modern theory and methodology for developing the concept and strategy of personnel management and the implementation of personnel policy. During their studies, students master the skills of personnel planning and marketing, personnel selection, recruitment, socialization, evaluation, audit and controlling personnel, and labor relations management. Special attention in the learning process is paid to management ethics, organizational culture, career management, conflicts and stress. In practice, in Saratov city organizations, students learn the basics of staff motivation, stimulation and development, design personnel management systems, including their organizational structure, study the application of labor laws, evaluate the organization's investments and personnel costs, and calculate the economic and social effectiveness of personnel management.
