Bachelor's degree program 38.03.02 "Management" is focused on training qualified specialists in the field of organization management. Its purpose is to acquire theoretical and applied professional knowledge and skills in the field of modern management: a new paradigm, concepts, principles and methods of management, technologies for the development, adoption and implementation of managerial decisions in various areas of the organization's activities in a continuously changing internal and external environment. During the entire period of study, students practice in specific organizations. Saratov and the region receive applied professional knowledge and skills in the field of designing modern organizational structures and management systems that put a person, his needs, goals, and abilities at the center.
The field of professional activity of bachelors includes: organizations of various organizational and legal forms (commercial, non-profit) and state and municipal government bodies, in which graduates work as executors and coordinators for organizational and technical measures and administration of the implementation of operational management decisions, as well as structures in which graduates are entrepreneurs who create and develop their own the case.
The objects of professional activity of bachelors are: the processes of implementing managerial decisions in organizations of various organizational and legal forms; the processes of implementing managerial decisions in state and municipal government.

Bachelor's degree in the field of 38.03.02 "Management" should solve the following professional tasks in accordance with the types of professional activity:

-participation in the development and implementation of the corporate and competitive strategy of the organization, as well as functional strategies (marketing, financial, personnel);
- participation in the development and implementation of a set of operational measures in accordance with the organization's strategy;
-planning the activities of the organization and departments;
-formation of the organizational and managerial structure of organizations;
-organization of the work of performers (teams of performers) for the implementation of specific projects, activities, works;
-development and implementation of projects aimed at the development of an organization (enterprise, state or municipal government);
