The graduate's field of professional activity includes a system of political knowledge, a set of political processes at various levels of government, subjects of political processes, in the field of political communications and consulting, the process of political decision-making, as well as policy research.
Objects of professional activity of the graduate:
the spheres of socio-political, socio-cultural and economic space of the Russian Federation and the world. In the political sphere proper, these are, first of all, the structures of state power and management (federal, regional and municipal levels), political parties and socio-political movements, and the system of modern international relations. Sociocultural terms - political culture and self-awareness, socio-political sentiments. In the economic aspect, it is the interaction of government and business, the political interests and aspirations of various groups of the economic community.

As a result of mastering the PLO, the graduate will possess the skills and methodological tools for teaching social studies and social sciences in general education organizations, as well as conducting extracurricular and educational work with students, methods for analyzing the practice of political and public administration, procedures for evaluating political decisions, be prepared for organizational and managerial professional activities, have skills in developing a political campaign strategy, methods of empirical data collection and analysis; practical skills in independent analysis of modern electoral systems, application of acquired knowledge in analyzing real situations, skills in planning, organizing and implementing political projects in state and municipal authorities, public organizations, political parties, mass media, business structures, international organizations.
